2019 Wednesday — The Road Home

Returning to Southern California is never fun, but it’s easier when the sky is as beautiful as today. The sky looks full of white frosting, but that white is really clouds and the top of a snow covered Mt. Baldy.

We’ve been in Cayucos since Dec.28. We actually started our vacation Dec. 13, but came back for a family funeral. So we’ve had a good long vacation on the Central Coast; I refer to it as practicing for retirement, which is getting very near. I plan to work one or two more semesters, and be finished. More on that later.
