Shopping time

Back in September, after our sunrise kayak, all those tired medal wearing Great North Run finishers at the train station inspired my sister and I to enter the ballot this year. I got a ballot place, she didn't, but she's signed up for a charity place. We'll both be raising money for prostate cancer uk in memory of her lovely father-in-law.

So that's it, the training begins tomorrow, and now I really do need to replace these old runners!
