For The Little One

After the stem cell implant, my knee is feeling much better and this is the first time in a few months that I've felt like going to have a look around at the sales at Macy's.  Of course most of the shopping I did was for the one who grows out of her clothes in the blink of an eye.  Can't wait to see her stand on these little shoes!

In extra, my friend Paula's daughter who is an ICU nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston (She's the one in the foreground).  She sent the picture from Rwanda where she and a team of doctors and nurses have gone for 2 weeks to perform surgeries and help where they can.  She sent a text to her mom saying the saddest part is having to turn some children away because they are just too sick.  Heart breaking.  But so grateful to the
medical team who will make a difference to many.
