Afternoon Tea to celebrate my blip anniversary

I went for a walk with Margaret this afternoon in the grounds of Haigh ...pronounced hay ... Hall. Margaret has lived in Wigan all her life and so knows the history of many places She took me to a lovely cafe just up from Mabs cross .....a great story. read it here the plaque is in the extra
I bought the cake and brought it home its called Boston cake. It was very nice. Colour shot in the extras.
5 years of blipping!!! Its been a great hobby and gives me a reason to get out with my camera.   I haven't done every day but most days. Thank you for visiting my journal and thank you for the great photos and words you all post. A great  community that has  inspired  and supported me over the years.
