Time to Cook

I could tell by the way the morning started (see extra) we were going to have rain at some point in the day.

Judy and Gary are coming up tomorrow for the week. We are celebrating Gary's birthday. I don't think he is particularly excited about this one, but as they say....much better than the alternative.

I decided to cook a couple of meals ahead of time so there would be plenty of time for games. It was the perfect thing to do on this rainy day.

I am grateful for all the windows in this house that let the light in. These gray, dreary days remind me of being back in Oregon. At least I got something accomplished today.
