Like the Queen, Emma seems to have an official and an actual birthday. Today was her party with her school friends.

It was her choice to go to the Walton bowling alley. They all had a lot of fun, although the boys seem to be more tuned in to the game than most of the girls.

The food and cake was also rather good, and the staff friendly and helpful, so would certainly choose to visit there again. Clacton, of course, five miles south has a brand new bowling alley which we have visited a few times recently. All we need now is an ice rink / ice hockey rink and we'll feel well served! :)

Have back-blipped yesterday when we visited Lincoln again, to bring Gaby and her stuff back home for Xmas.
