Diary of an Edinburgher

By LadyMarchmont

Is it?

After seeing the news of a possible 'Banksy' in town, I was determined to get down to see it this morning. Actually, before any more graffiti was added to it. Does this happen with other Banksies? I don’t think so. I couldn't help myself - I just HAD to clean the wall (digitally) and indeed, all the fag ends. (Original in extras). Anyway, the jury is out whether it's a real one. Archie was not convinced.

What a beautiful morning! Perfect for rugby. Or a doggie walk. Crisp, cold, no wind, blue skies. I felt that I should have some exercise in the morning, because the afternoon was to be sofa-based.

We walked home though the Links. It was gorgeous, with a wee dusting of snow. We met Pretzel and her mum, who were lured in for a coffee (mum) and a play with Archie (Pretzel).

Rufus and his mum also called in, and then Elizabeth arrived. Such an exciting morning!

JR made some peanut butter in her wee new whizz - NO sugar, and definitely NO xylitol, which I learned recently was often used in peanut butter, and is poisonous for dogs.

I then settled down for my favourite kind of day - TWO games of rugby with the coffee machine and toaster to hand. Bliss. Archie and JR are otherwise engaged (they're not interested in rugby). Just need a win...

EDIT: We did get a win!
