Here attending a Mental Health First Aid Instructors course. A long brain tiring day, but very rewarding.
Staying with S and four of our god-children, wonderful to spend an evening, discussing, learning, laughing and just being with them. They've grown so much, makes me realise how much we can miss when our heads are down.
