In the event of imminent impact you should adopt the brace position - bend forward, place your head between your knees and protect it with your arms. Alternatively you could fall on your back laughing and have cuddles... 

A long day of finishing admin for the course I've just delivered and starting admin for the one I'm about to attend. I spent a goodly while trying to work out how to send massive video files (11gb) but in the end simply resorted to putting a memory stick in the post. When Computers, paperwork & repetition finally sent the eyes and the brain squiffy I decided the best course of action was a long bracing walk on the fells. Missy agreed it was a fabulous idea.
