Homework

My last trip as an EU citizen will be coming along at the start of March. That is sad, and so pointless. 

I have been to Barcelona twice before, in February 1973 and in 1998. When I went in '73 Spain was still a dictatorship, under Franco. 

The second visit was for a meeting - apart from the hotel, all I saw was taxis and the airport. I do remember I arrived from sub zero February temperatures in Vilnius, and the Mediterranean temperatures were 25⁰ higher. 

Monday has been a difficult and frustrating day. The details are tedious. Tuesday will be better.
