Mono Monday - Origins

What's in a name? 

As I'm sure I've already explained, the origin of my blipname lies with our long-departed much-loved family pet, a Westie called Freuchie. Since he is no longer around, I've had to cheat and blip a photo of him. As you can see, he was quite a dapper chap, although the bow-tie only came out on special occasions.

We chose the name Freuchie for our westie because it was Scottish and reminded us of my mum, the girls' gran, who lived near Loch Freuchie in Perthshire when she was the schoolmistress in Amulree.

I chose my journal name of Log Freuchie because it sounded a bit like Loch Freuchie... and it is a log of my photos.
