Snow and slush

Most of the snow that was lying when we got up this morning had either thawed or turned to slush by the time I took myself up the hill for a walk in the afternoon.

Still plenty snow covering the Campsies, though. I liked the way the low-lying clouds on the right looked like a continuation of the hills.

Back at Pookie-Minty-Leo's for a few days, so with Minty away with the dog-walker all day, I've been slouching on the sofa with Leo for company, watching the dvd of 'Can You Ever Forgive Me?'* and the first two episodes of 'Atypical' on Netflix.

* Loved it. Wonderful performances by Melissa McCarthy and Richard E. Grant :-)
