Prizegiving

An enjoyable day, giving Eberdeen a minor drubbing on the way (two goals!! two!!) before heading down Trinity way for the boatie club Christmas party. Part of the event of course involves the prize-giving where trophies are handed out to all and sundry for a variety of events of greater or lesser obscurity. Here's the newcomer's cup in the hands of Pete and his mate who are suitably overjoyed.
A fine evening all in all, ending up with a bit of singing - as three of the peeps are part of some singing group. Sadly I didn't win the excellent bottle of port which I'd donated to the raffle, though I did win a tin of Quality Street. I don't want any of the big flat toffee ones.
