I’ve been sent this photo so I hope it counts.

Esmée met her cousins, auntie and uncle today. We are told they all got on very well! Who wouldn’t! Daddy showing here how it’s done.

Meanwhile we joined friends for an early birthday celebration meal for two of them in a favourite venue in Faversham. A lovely time together.

We had been to church first and before that I listened to the Sunday service on Radio 4 which commemorated Holocaust Memorial Day, broadcast from St Martin in the Fields Trafalgar Square.A very moving and challenging service which I shared in our service later. Remembering friends for whom today will have been especially significant and even difficult.
