fortunately appeared on the feeder, thus giving me something reasonable to blip!
Overnight and all day very wet snow has been falling, so underfoot slush and on body sleet. Took to the woods where it was sheltered more or less. Lucky to have a variety of terrain on the doorstep.
The feeders are placed in the woods by a local hotel who offer bird watching holidays. Not much bird life today, except for this wee Crested Tit and the Coal Tit.
