Desert india

Today we are travelling from Khimsar to Jailsamer and the landscape is constantly changing. This is desert but there are still crops but little sight of water except plastic pipes....and then we see birds ...and then we see a man made lake...and then I took this picture.

Extra shows a teacher who had invited to his home for dinner to meet his lovely wife and son. He has written a book in English 'Desert Teacher' available on Amazon which is well worth a read. It throws light on the customs and life style of this special country.
