Orchid again

I enjoyed the quiz last night but it was very very noisy I woke this morning with an awful headache which stayed much of the day. Met up with friends in Dobbies Southport 10am Jill had to leave quickly to help her mum .....carers never arrived to help her get up..... Alison and I stayed chatting until after 2pm. I fell asleep when I got home and felt much better.
Thank you for the comments stars and hearts on yesterday's para cyclist. He was a soldier and got his leg crushed by a tank. He's also been in the Invictus games.
