London for the weekend

I travelled down to London for the weekend . A brisk walk to the local station then trains all the way. Door to door just over 4 hours so much more relaxing than driving. This is the area I lived in in the 1980s and left to move back up north in 1988. The block of flats on the left is exactly the same as where I lived on the 7th floor but mine is no longer there!!!
Am staying with my friend Jacquie and we have our Lourdes meeting tomorrow. Out for a lovely meal tonight.
