Having played golf with my eldest this morning and got wet (not forecast). I was driving home and spotted the 2 buzzards that frequent the course area, so pulled over. They disappeared having called to each other several times and as luck would have it a kestrel then appeared. Happy days.
I liked the unmistakable silhouette of the kestrel hovering (he swooped to the ground and ate an earthworm !  Buzzard in extras.
