Birthday Lunch

Not my birthday (yet), but H, B and I have all got birthdays within 9 days of each other so we enjoyed a special lunch at the Blakeney Hotel today.  After two delicious courses we retired to 'The Lookout' which is one of the lounges on the first floor of the hotel, which has fabulous views over the marshes.  We sat there with coffee until it was almost dark, chatting and enjoying each other's company before we went out to photograph the sudden and unexpected sunset over the harbour.  The illuminated hotel windows on the left of the photo was where we were sitting and the extra shows the comfortable interior (the grey post in the photo is one of many that are placed in a line down the room to give one a feeling of being on a ship)
