Furry Textures

I was going to leave my camera at home when I went for a walk with B and H this morning.  It's a really overcast and gloomy day and I wasn't expecting the light to be good enough to get a decent photo.
I'm so glad I did take it though as not only did we come across these attractive seed heads but also a small herd of highland cattle, see extra.  They didn't seem to mind posing for photos and gave the impression of being extremely docile, however, when we had to walk past one standing right on the edge of the path we still approached with caution.
