Not much happening today, out dogging with Alfie and his new bestie, Harry the lurcher. It's good for him to finally have a buddy, they ran so hard and fast that Alf walked home behind me all the way, that doesn't happen often.

Big telly night, 'the dancin' on 1 and then the X factor, which I have fought for weeks but have decided to give in tonight. That poor little scouse nana must have spent her pension for the rest of her life to get that boy Maloney through to the final, god love her.
