Strawberry brandy

Got to be tasted! It's gorgeous.
(1lb strawberries, 1lb sugar, 1 bottle of brandy, leave to soak for 3 months, then strain.) Use strawberries to make a trifle, use strawberry brandy to impress visitors.
Also, homemade baileys.
