Sala Sunset

We left Durban about 9.30am for a leisurely drive to Montusi Lodge in the Drakensburg Mountains arriving mid afternoon. We soon settled in and cooled off with a swim in the pool here. The views from our front windows are stunning. The photograph shows part of the view at the start of sunset this evening which finished with a lovely red glow.


My son messaged me about the news of Emiliano Sala, the player Cardiff City FC signed Sunday for a club record fee from Nantes (France). He and a pilot on a light aircraft from Northern France yesterday evening appear to have crashed near Alderney in the Channel Islands. Over 24 hours they have not been found. It is world news. The football world is in shock. So sad. My photo is dedicated to Sala.
