A (Digital) Lifetime's Ambition Fulfilled.

Ever since I joined the digital camera age with my Canon EOS300D, the first consumer dSLR, I've hankered after a full frame model. I never thought I'd have one as the cost was always way out of my reach.

However, I've saved very hard over the last few months and my favourite camera manufacturer has come up trumps with a full frame model aimed at the likes of me.

This lovely piece of machinery arrived at the front door this morning, two days earlier than expected. Thank goodness we hadn't gone out and missed it.

All I've got to do now is take some decent photos to justify having it.
