Sunday ride (Day 1355)

I wandered up the hill with the woofers as the sun rose this morning, the sky to the east turning bright orangey red. As we wandered back to the car, there was a shower of icy rain. Surprisingly a rainbow over Rendall appeared to be just orange (see extra).
Back at home,  my beautiful wife and I pottered around the house for a little while, before we zoomed across to Stromness and got out on the horses. The wind was very strong, but the rain held off and it was a great ride out. I have missed riding lately and I found myself riding along with a stupid grin on my face a couple of times. Sigyn seems to have learnt a lot recently and is much better in the company of the horses. 
Back at home later, I sorted out stuff for work tomorrow, whilst HV got ready for work, then spent a fair while out in the shed sanding a door. It is going to look great when I finally get it varnished.
