Sweet Pepper, Cheese and Tomato Bread
Another of those breads which are great for throwing in whatever you have to add to the basic mix, which is cheddar and sun-dried tomato. In this case I had some roasted red and yellow peppers left in a jar, plus a bit of parmesan that wanted using up, so in it all went. Particularly good toasted, as it brings out all the flavours.
