Bohemian Rhapsody
Today has been a real contrast to yesterday, with it raining and much cooler. We went for a drive to the South Coast of Durban but it wasn't very inspiring.
Mrs BB suggested going to the multi-cinema complex at The Gateway, Umhlanga, where there was a choice of nearly twenty films to watch. We both decided on Bohemian Rhapsody about the life of Freddie Mercury and the rock band Queen. We both agreed it's one of the best films we have ever seen and highly recommend watching it when you get the chance.
What I didn't know is that Bohemian Rhapsody was partly written, constructed and recorded at Rockfield Studios on the outskirts of Monmouth (South Wales) in August 1975. It is thought to be one of the best rock songs ever.
The photograph is of Freddy Mercury (actor Rami Malek) singing at Live aid which was broadcast 13 July 1985, taken from the cinema screen. The acting and likeness of band members was superb. Go see!!!
