Cricket

Evening game. Luke played in a Twenty20 match this evening. He didn’t do so well in the batting but managed to take 2 catches. Our side won with some light drama twice during the match (felt a little like The Gabba in Brisbane last night). At least our match was able to be finished. The heat of the day was apparently causing the lights to overheat. Considering that it was still 35 degrees at 8.30pm it was not surprising.
The rest of the day (for me anyway) was spent elbow deep in academic readings trying to get an assignment done for Monday.
