Living in hope

Poppy wondering if a biscuit crumb or two might fall.  Visiting a school friend today for a catch up and Poppy is her 15 year old pal.
Missed yoga as I got an appointment with Asthma nurse.  I have been very wheezy and getting out of breath going uphill etc. even after using inhalers.  Wanted to make sure that asthma was to blame.  She thinks it is and I am now on a course of steroids.  Years since I have had to resort to them.  She also offered anti-biotics but agreed it may not be an infection and the course I took before Christmas when I had a cold made little difference so I turned her offer down.
