It's the money raised by my Rotary chums last weekend by shaking buckets outside Sainsbury's on Saturday, and then a carol concert on Sunday. Just over £2k. I could hardly lift it.

Mostly its to pay for a Christmas party next weekend for local kids whose difficult circumstances mean they may not have a wonderful Christmas.

I think a squad is hitting Asda tomorrow, so my innumeracy may be exposed again next week.
