What’s for dinner?

On Mondays it’s my job to prepare dinner.
There’s always someone curious what I’ll make.
I’ve a stew in mind. Mashed potatoes, carrots, onions and brown sugar. “Hutspot” as call that in NL. It fits the nasty wet weather I think,
