Absent

It’s Master M’s 20th birthday today, but he’s not here :(
We took him back to Uni yesterday. It’s the first time one of our three hasn’t been at home for their birthday and it’s a strange feeling.
We celebrated his birthday at the weekend and now all the presents, balloons and banners have gone - along with him :(
This photo was taken at the weekend, but it seemed apt for today as he’s not in it.
Absent but definitively not forgotten.
