To The Beach!

Cold and frosty this morning but also lovely and sunny (although it doesn't look sunny in this photo - believe me, it was!).
I took The Girls for a long run on the beach and I took myself for a good walk. The beach is a wonderful place to marvel at God's fabulous creation and put any worries into perspective. A trip to the beach always does me good :)
