Can't get any better than this....

My blip was taken this morning before the wind came up, taken from the deck – aren't we so lucky to be here. We've been here lots of times over the years with our good friends, and never tire of this view....well why would you.
This holiday malarkey is great. Late getting up, leisurely breakfast, chatting then deciding we would go walking.
Drove to Anakiwa, only a short distance and walked a section (a small one) of the Queen Charlotte Walkway to Davies Bay and return. We and our friends walked the QC walkway from Ships Cove to Portage a few years back over four days. We were much fitter back then.
This evening our friendly Kereru returned so I had another photo session – he really is gorgeous. Tonight I have put him in extra along with some others from our walk.

Raining quite heavily tonight, I love listening to it on the roof.
