Long Exposure

We woke to heavy rain, but eased to passing showers. Again, breakfast was an extended affair.

Because of the weather we took a trip to Blenheim to go to the Omaka War Avaiation Heritage Centre. Blimming brilliant – I've put one display in extra. World renowned Peter Jackson (of Lord of the Rings fame) had put together some of these displays, He is very passionate about old planes. Boy of boy did he ever do a great job.

But because I love doing long exposures I've gone for one of them and put two more in extras. These are taken from our little beach late this afternoon, the jetty was built for our friends to make their boating more easier. It was raining slightly, I really didn't know what one to choose, but have gone for Doug under the brollie standing still for 30 seconds.

Weather permitting tomorrow will entail boating around the sounds. Bliss.
