Asian Cup #2

This follows on from this blip.

Wow. What a difference. I read on Wikipedia that the attendance for the South Korea/Philippines match was just under 3,200. Today's match between Lebanon and Saudi Arabia had 13,752 (they announced it). The stadium was almost full. My blip is of the main section to show the Lebanese (red and white) and Saudi (green and white) supporters.

Both sides had plenty of fans in the stadium, but the Saudi's really took the cake for making the most noise. Wow, can they cheer. There were a couple of people with megaphones and they kept all the fans cheering throughout the match. Probably why they won 2-0.

Once again, the getting to our seat part was chaotic with thousands of people walking in after match kickoff, but that's Dubai. Loads left early as well.

Prior to that, we had a good day at home getting lots of things done! G finally made the beef bourguignon she's been promising for months. It was delicious!
