Shadows on the Track

We had a lovely walk from Dublin Bay to the start of the Clutha River this morning. No-one else around until we came across 3 horse riders...the dogs were great with them. It was a serendipitous meeting, as one of our friends with us brought her horse on holiday to Wanaka and doesn’t know other people, so she is joining them for a big ride on Sunday.
Meeting people through our animals seems common in Wanaka!
Pottering around home this afternoon, and friends coming for a BBQ tonight.
