Snow Joke

Snows have arrived. This was the morning after, after Newcastle became 'gridlocked' from a little sprinkling. We are hoping it will a) rise above zero and b) melt and c) all go away ! Apologies to small children everywhere - but we will be quite happy for it to come back as long as we have our roof on first.

Is this the start of a harsh snowy winter we are wondering...At the moment it is slushy and very very icy; totally treacherous underfoot. It is not nice for the old and infirm.

Let's see what tomorrow brings..
