So a quick sprint from her's at early o'clock and logged on at 7; out at 0845. Given the first one was only 300 yards away that I managed 40 miles subsequently gives you an idea of the busy day....
From the 'hood to Leith and a real variety of stuff to get through. None of it straighforward... Wednesday's gonna be a bugger for writing it all up...
But a really gorgeous day; sunny in the main; blue skies, no wind and an engaging route on the bike. From Leith up through the old town; a zig zag across the southside; to the Inch; a brief stop for lunch with her (WFH) and onwards to Tollcross, the canal tow path and Wester Hailes, the Calders and Bankhead. 
Lidl on the way home; then 2.5 hours on the laptop to try and salvage some respectability for my timesheet. Soup making and dishes and laundry and a fabulous sunset made up the evening. Oh and the briefest look at what I missed of the FA Cup
