New car park

My Mini had to go to the garage for a non-urgent recall today, so JJ picked me up and we headed to Asda in Milton Keynes to get Malaria tablets for a holiday we are embarking on with Hildasrose and SHH in the middle of next month.

Our local pharmacy wanted £3 a tablet (we need 16 each) and having looked online they vary considerably in price.  Asda has proved to be the cheapest at £1.25 each.  Sorted.

We also had a good mooch around Ikea and purchased a new and very inexpensive table lamp to go with the very expensive shade I bought in the early part of last year and which has been gathering dust ever since.  Sorted.

We had lunch at John Lewis, where we learnt a new trick.  Buy two bowls of soup and put two bread rolls on one of them, which means the second one is £1 cheaper.  Sorted.

Car picked up at 2 p.m. and back home twenty minutes later.  Sorted.

I have struggled with today's topic of Beginnings, but as this is a brand new multi-storey car park I thought it might just pass muster.
