Mount Pond: Bifurcations and Birds

More crazed and colourful in large.

Went to Mount Pond (briefly) to see the Cayuga, but it was a long way off and kept almost out of sight; I saw a woodpecker (an unusual sight around here) and these parakeets, but the woodpecker was high up in a tree, and I couldn't get close to anything as I swept through.
Went into the garden to get a more satisfying pic. (revisiting the last rose, and photographing some colourful leaves and collapsed Cyclamen), but kept coming back to this one so it'll do for my blip.
