Fancy a change?

Traditional Sunday lunch was not on the menu for today. To be honest we’ve probably had our fill of roasts over the past few days - beef, turkey, lamb, even salmon along with all the seasonal trimmings. And then followed by cold meat versions and still a choice of veg or salad.
So today - oysters! And I must say what a refreshing change. Much as we enjoyed the traditional festive meals, today’s choice was just the right tone to underline our holiday interlude.
