Rain rain and more rain.

We’d have 2 ft of snow if it was colder. But just torrential rain...one needs boots to walk around. So.... lots of games, incl lots of carcassonne, which was very fun . (Extra) Discussion about what makes a game good for all ages... Fiona did put another page in our book ( “Our Favorite Things” ) in the studio but this Darth Vader one is still her favorite. 3 of us had a sauna ( and a shower!) and then we were having dinner and talking about what movie to watch when poof, off goes the power!!!! Not again!! All of Galiano is.! And Parker! Too bad we had just been talking about living in this island this dark time of year.. ( a mistake!) So...too much trouble to do a collage.... in the dark.....no movie... H is getting the generator for the frig....( we’re good with heat and light and have extra water). guess it will be another game ...... :-(.
We’ll expect it back on by tomorrow!

Edit: power back on at 10:00PM. Only 2 hrs 15 min. Yea. We were prepared but it was a bit of an adventure for the kids... the dishes will wait til morning..:-)
