A Sad Day.

Today we said goodbye to Mr Tbays Mother . Having been very unwell for just over a week the news came at lunchtime today that she has slipped away. We had been with Mr Tbays brother sorting out her apartment which she had already relinquished. Both boys had spent a lot of time with their Mum over the past 24 hrs and in fact Mr Tbay and I were just about to visit her again before we left for home today when the call came.

Although there were tears we were so thankful she would no longer be suffering.

The picture is a day out we had several years ago but one I have always loved of my mother in law who was the best! No complaining of my MIL.

The Tbay children and their cousins were all very sad to loose Granny but felt she would be in a better place now.

So we are home and feeling shattered. Tomorrow will be a busy day in so many ways.
