Christmas Orchid.

Once again the orchids have delivered giving a wonderful display for Christmas. I love them as these wonderful blooms will last for months to come giving lots of colour to the room. I have my summer blooming orchids now on rest ready to hopefully take over when the current ones have finished.

Hurricane Eleanor did bring quite a lot of rain and hearty winds last night. Only casualties for us was one pot and the out door Xmas tree which appeared to have fainte! Mr Taby had managed to pick it up and it doesn’t look too bad. Only another day or so and it will all come down again. Little Miss will be very disappointed as she does love to come to see our trees.

Farming - Two on compost hauling.

I managed to get the end of bill ready to go out and I will have to start the VAT in the morning. Groan!! It’s not difficult just tedious and as I am not the fastest typist in the world it does take a bit longer. Eventually when our new accounts system is fully up and running then it will just be a case of hitting a button. Nice thought!!
