Berry Nice!

Took the Silver Machine in for a service early this morning so Rona did not get her walk until a little later. Again, for safety, I took her (Rona,not the car!) for a run in the fields and was delighted to find this patch of holly berries still unharvested. The rest of the holly trees in that hedgerow have been seriously pillaged so I was pleasantly surprised to see this little splash of seasonal colour.
Although the car service went fine, it is time to change the timing belt - critical for the engine's heath - so the old wallet will again be howling for mercy.
I fear we may need to make more use of those free bus passes before they get taken away from us!!
