Lighter shade of grey

Chengdu is situated in a bowl so that fog and smog hang over it like a depressing cloud. The sun seems to come out so rarely that it gets special mention from locals when it does happen.

Today was a bit warmer because of this and the buildings were turned a lighter shade of grey by the rays that poked through.

Very surprised to find a yoga studio and pleasant rooftop garden on the top of our office building. All very zen.
