The humble spud

Food in China is copious, and not always identifiable. But to anyone who's ever delighted in a baked potato with cheese and beans from the jacket potato man on Newcastle-under-Lyme high street then this vision of something other than rabbit heads would be a welcome one. I didn't have one because I was stuffed from the noodles we'd just devoured but good to know you can do some good old fashioned carb loading even on a street corner in Chengdu.
