Bright red stalks.

The sun just caught the stalks of my swiss chard as I am cooking dinner for six tonight. The menu is smoked salmon on blinis, followed by herbcrusted rabbit pie, mash, leeks with toasted hazlenuts followed by homemade ginger ice cream, fruit and meringues and then cheese if we have any space! And possibly the odd glass of wine!!
